Cat B Office Fit-Out, London

Prolec Electrical Services recently delivered a full-scale Cat B office fit-out at the prestigious 33 Kingsway in central London, further solidifying our reputation for technical excellence and meticulous project delivery.

Working in partnership with leading fit-out specialists Artemis Interiors, we were responsible for the full suite of electrical and data services. This included the installation of an underfloor busbar system to facilitate a flexible power distribution network, complete replacement of the distribution boards, and installation of a new sub-main supply to support the building’s upgraded infrastructure.

Throughout the office space, we carried out comprehensive first and second fix works for lighting and power, with careful consideration given to layout, usability, and future adaptability. Key features included the installation of power systems in breakout areas and kitchens, along with integrated pop-up sockets for modern working needs.

Our data team ensured seamless connectivity by installing new data cabinets and executing all associated cabling and terminations with precision and efficiency. Every element was delivered to the highest standards, with close coordination across trades and stakeholders.
